Set includes 2 each of 0.5kg, 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg, 2.5kg, and 5kg.
The Pendlay 1 kg Rule Rubber Weight Plates are a cast iron, rubber coated plate with a stainless steel insert. The 50.4mm opening makes for a perfect fit on a Pendlay bar (as well as other approved Olympic lifting bars). Weight tolerances are +/- 1%.
